Close to UW, WLU, and Conestoga. Bus 13 is a few steps from the front door which will directly take you to the University of Waterloo.

The room is furnished (Wardrobe, bed, table, chair, and drawer.). Laundry is in the building, with a free closet and free parking. The available room is in the basement.

All utilities are included in the rent: hydro, internet, electricity, and laundry.
