Looking for a Hindi speaking female roommrate over 30. It is for the master bedroom in a 2 bedroom condo right next to Cooksville Go station. The condo is owned by my elderly mother who lives in the second bedroom. Rent is $1000/month. Parking spot in an underground garage is $50/extra and storage locker is $30/extra per month.

Internet, hydro, and water is covered under the rent. Roommate is responsible for all food and laundry items. Roommate is expected to help keep the condo, especially the kitchen, bathroom areas clean. My mother prefers someone who does not cook meat but occasionally cooking chicken is ok.

Since my mother is senior, I'm looking for a caring and compassionate person. I can reduce the rent a bit if the roommate can occasionally chat with my mother, take her for a walk around the building, or pickup her medicine for a pharmacy 5 min away walking distance.
