Homestay fee depends on your needs:

Fee includes utilities (water, heat, hydro, A/C), high-speed internet and on-site laundry facilities.

- all shared spaces are cleaned regularly by a professional cleaning service though you are responsible to clean up after yourself.
- No animals. No children. No smoking. No drugs. No wild parties. Quiet time is 11pm-6am.
