We are a Christian household, and are seeking a young working professional (or student) female, for our available room in our townhome.

Who You Are:
Mature, Kind, Honest, Focused On Her Life, Pays Rent On Time Monthly, No: Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking, Parties, Visitors or Pets.

Rent: $700.00 / month (add $30.00 for parking spot, indoors, if you need it)

Who We Are:
3 Persons Living in Townhome (couple: husband/wife, plus 1 female roommate).

Our Townhome:
On multiple levels (stairs, steps), 1 and 1/2 baths shared, kitchen shared, laundry (washer/dryer) shared, plus any other common area is shared. Internet included. All utilities and amenities are included and shared.

Our Complex and Neighbourhood:
Very friendly and safe neighbourhood, with families and children of all ages, and pets (dogs mainly) that are kept on leash. Beautiful forests and parks very near. Near access to the DVP and 401. Nearby access to the Parkwoods Village Shopping Mall at Fenside Dr. / York Mills Rd., SE corner. Also close to the Parkway Mall at Victoria Park Av. / Ellesmere Rd., SE corner.
