I am a young professional female and currently looking for another professional female to share the condo with me.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, located at the dt Toronto, close to the new WELL shopping mall, Rogers Centre, financial district, entertainment district, and waterfront. Streetcar 511 and the grocery store are right downstairs.
You will have your own bedroom and private bathroom. The room is quite spacious which could fit a double-sized bed, cabinet, and large office space. You will also get your own balcony.
The place is furnished. There is a 95% new double-size bed and desk in your room. It is also welcome to bring your own furniture.
The rent does not include monthly utility and internet fees (overall around 50 dollars per person per month).
