Room for rent is on the basement level of a raised bungalow. There is a full bathroom and a kitchenette , which is shared with the other tenants.
Rent includes street parking, internet, laundry and all utilities so it is all inclusive. This is a NON Smoking NON Vaping environment. Everyone has severe allergies to cats and dogs that shed, so I have posted NO PETS.
Minimum stay is two months, first ($725 and last ($725) months rent required before occupancy can commence.
