There is also a professionally built music rehearsal,

It’s used for rehearsals, recording, photography,

For the right roommate, complimentary or
substantially reduced studio access may be available by separate arrangement.
For transparency, the primary suite is the closest part of the home to the studio,
so some music can be audible during booked sessions.
Most sessions are later in the day, and studio activity normally finishes by 8 p.m.
⭐ ABOUT THE HOUSEHOLD
You’ll be sharing the home with me, a 57-year-old homeowner who works from home,
and my 17-year-old son, who stays here part-time.
We have one medium-haired cat and occasionally cat-sit two other cats for a friend.
I’m looking for calm, clean, respectful and fairly independent roommate who values having their own space and enjoys a peaceful, comfortable home.
You’re absolutely welcome to use and enjoy the shared areas. The best fit will simply be someone who naturally likes doing their own thing and doesn’t need the living room as their primary daytime workspace or hangout.
We occasionally have larger gatherings or special events, but this is not a party house. Most evenings are quiet by around 10:30 p.m.
