You will be sharing the house with roommates in their late 20s, they do not smoke or drink alcoholic, no drugs, no parties, no loud music, no pets and no smoking inside.

Room on the upper floor for $1550 The monthly rent is including all utilities and WIFI. Private furnished bedroom with private bathroom.

All the tenants have to take turn to follow the clean up schedules.

I would prefer mature students .
People with working visa and full time employee are very welcome.
