We are looking for a female roommate to share a 3-bedroom suite for a long term stay.

$650 monthly for the bedroom ​with all bills covered which includes high-speed wireless internet, heat, gas, washer and dryer in the suite.

We provide desk, chair and bed in the room.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared with two other female roommates.

Please be aware: the room is NOT to be shared with others. You are welcome to have friends/ family come over to visit, but absolutely NO party and No sleepover as to respect the other two roommates.

It locates near PNE playland with convenient transportation: bus stops # 135, 14, 130, 28, 27, 160, convenient for students go to downtown/ SFU.

5 mins walking to McDonald’s and all kinds of restaurants, stores, and markets on Hastings Street.
