I have a bedroom available for immediate rent . It's for a single person. You will be sharing the house with 4 other tenants that have their own separate rooms. You will share the full bathroom with another single person. Internet and water bills are available and already included in your rent. But you and the other tenants will pay for your monthly hydro bill which is usually very litty. Nice environment. It's a 3 mins drive to Costco and 4 mins drive to KP mall, cinema, Walmart, super store, Canadian Tire etc. No pets allowed please. Free parking on driveway and street. Fridge, Ac, washing machine, dryer, stove etc are all available and would be shared with others.thanks
