My sister is moving out and I'm looking for a responsible, respectful, and clean roommate (preferably a student or a working adult mid 20s to early 30s) to share our 3 bedroom house in Crescentwood with. Ideally looking for a female roommate, but am open to options. It will just be two of us as I like to keep the 3rd bedroom incase we get out of town guests or friends staying for a night.

Ideally, you're someone who values a peaceful and tidy living space and is easy to get along with.

About the place:

-We have a spacious and bright living area, with a half bath and laundry on the main floor. The upstairs has a full bath and 3 bedroom. The bedroom up for rent is seen in the pictures.

-Rent will be $750.00 utilities

-There is a back parking pad that allows space for 2 cars.

-We are a no smoking house

I like being respectful of someone else’s space, I keep things clean and tidy, especially in common areas.
I’m friendly, easy-going, and communicative, I don’t have parties but don’t mind sharing the occasional drink. I’m looking for a chill, drama-free environment.
