Looking for someone to sublet my room in my apartment for the summer! I am moving in soon but won't be around for the summer so I am looking for a female to join my other two lovely roommates in our three bedroom apartment.

The room is a decent sized den with a sliding glass door and will have a curtain. The room will be furnished with a bed and possibly some other small furniture. Closet space will be available too. The rental includes a very spacious bathroom with a stand up shower that will be shared with one other person.

The apartment also has a beautiful deck and is located on the 35th floor of the building so the view is spectacular.

I am looking for someone to rent between May 15th and August 15th. The room will be available to move into anytime after May 5th if an earlier move in date is desired.

The rent will be $1100 a month plus utilities split with my two other roommates.
