Soak in the mineralized alkaline hot tub (all seasons), swim in the clothing optional copper crystal pool (June-September), jump trampoline, play piano, guitar, read a book & sunbathe on riverfront acreage, watch eagle, owl, marmot, racoon, turtle, heron, Canadian geese, deer, lynx & beaver on the wildlife wetlands below for paddlers to access the Thompson River. Delicious, professional chef catered, farm to table feasts, smoothies, snacks, organic coffee botanical infusions & teas... brunch (10am/noon on weekends and holidays) and dinner (5-6pm flextime), with table service platters so each designs their own plate. Ethically omnivorous, nutritionally dense, high protein, meat and fish, fruit, vegetables, salads, farm fresh eggs, homemade soups, pasta, sourdough breads. A few things to make sure we're your kind of place: PLEASE Do NOT expect brand new shiny luxury. Made with Love invests in an authentic upcycled experience of good green earth.
The Vibe:
We’re a well-loved, old farmhouse, rough around the edges and full of character with overgrown permaculture gardens of fresh fruit, high above the wildlife wetlands - think abundance - homey, full of stories & fallen leaves, NOT pristine hotel polish. All built from old, ancient, reused and reclaimed materials, woven through the natural environment with kintsugi care and a whole lot of hands. If you need everything new, immaculate and predictable, we might not be your fit—but if you dig earthy, unique, creative spaces, you’ll feel right at home.
We’ve got climbing, jumping, adventure, wildlife, pollinators, natural alkaline, mineralized, copper crystal pool, hot tub and steep waterfront cliffs. You’re free to explore, but responsible for your own well-being (uneven paths, sharp tools, bugs, heights, dug holes etc.).
On Substances & Scents:
Chill space: Occasional alcohol, cannabis (natural real flower, leaf, bud, to vape or smoke outside or in hot tub) or sacred plant medicine is cool — be mindful & ask those around you. Edibles are cool.
ZERO TOLERANCE: No commercial tobacco smokers or nicotine vapers, No use of commercial cigarettes, nicotine vapes, scented or synthetic THC/DMT products (no pens, dabs, shatter etc.
We’re scent-sensitive! Please skip the fresheners, perfumes/colognes during your stay. If you smell like smoke, fragrance, scent or chemicals as above, you will be asked to leave. Personal medicines, essential oils, natural beauty products are cool. Ask us why?
House Flow: Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Wi-Fi and shared spaces are open 8 AM–10 PM. Wireless in the great room may not be accessible in bedrooms. Screen-free Sundays: Wi-Fi’s off—great day to unwind, read or explore!
