Plus, there are several bus stops in the area that could get you many parts of the city without driving including number 90 that goes to University of Calgary.
It is in a nice neighborhood and relatively safe with a park out front. The townhouse is part of the condo where you can use its amenities including a fitness room, patio terrace and public WI-FI. It is pet-friendly for an extra fee, and there is underground parking and extra storage for extra fee. This unit will be unfurnished and cleaned. The washer and dishwasher has recently been replaced and brand new.
