Our condo is very comfortable and we've lived here previously for 4 years but eventually needed to size up as our family grew. As you can see the private patio is massive and really extends the size of the condo, our condo is the only unit that has access to this patio. 1 underground parking stall is included for no extra charge, as is an underground storage locker. Gas and water are included, other utilities are not included. Condo is very nicely furnished, as you can see from the pictures, and includes in-suite laundry. Pets negotiable and subject to restrictions.
