I’m urgently looking for a room to rent due to a recent separation that has left me without housing. I’m on a fixed income and can afford up to $700 per month, which must include a bed.

I need a central location (downtown or nearby) as I have several appointments in the downtown core. I’m quiet, clean, and private, and would mainly be using the space to eat, shower, and sleep.

I do smoke, but only outside, and I’m more than willing to help with yard work or household tasks in exchange for a rent reduction.
