Je sous-loue mon appartement du 17 avril au 23 mai 2025. Ces dates sont légèrement flexibles.

L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé, à Montréal, pile en face du parc Lafontaine, à quelques minutes à pieds des stations de métro Sherbrooke et Berri-Uqam.

Il y a également beaucoup de commerces à moins de 5 minutes à pieds (Super-marché, fruiterie, boucherie, boulangeries, cafés, bars, restaurants, etc.)

L'appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé, tout inclus (chauffage, électricité, internet, frigo, lave-vaisselle), avec une grande télévision (Smart TV) et beaucoup de chaînes télé.

Il y a une salle de buanderie (laveuses sêcheuses) dans l'immeuble, ainsi qu'un petit Gym gratuit pour faire du sport dans l'immeuble également.

I am subletting my apartment from April 17th to May 23rd, 2025. These dates are slightly flexible.

There are also many shops less than a 5-minute walk away (supermarket, fruit store, butcher, bakeries, cafes, bars, restaurants, etc.)

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, all inclusive (heating, electricity, internet, fridge, dishwasher), with a large television (Smart TV) and many TV channels.

There is a laundry room (washer-dryers) in the building, as well as a small free gym for exercising in the building as well.
