The space is located on sterling rd. near Bloor and Lansdowne. We are a film and video production company and share our space with a few other video producers and photographers. The space is set up for shooting but can be used for other things as well. We have three parking spaces directly outside the door. (more parking available in a near by underground lot). As well as black out curtains, a kitchenette, lots of tables, chairs, desks, lights, grip equipment ext. All equipment is included in membership. We also have a large loading bay and one of the best coffee shops in the city directly across the hallway. Pricing is based on use, we have two models. both options include use of the space as a shared office space on non-shoot days. Option A is $500/day with a 1 day/month commitment. Option B is 1450/month and includes 3 days, with additional days beyond 3 billed at only $250/day.
