Subletting a room in a fully-furnished, spacious two-story house in Charlottetown.

This is a month-to-month sublet until 31 March 2025 at the latest. If you rent on a month-to-month basis, I just need two weeks’ notice before you move out. We can chat about it! The cost is $1300/month, which includes all utilities, Wi-Fi and parking. All pets are welcome!

The house would be shared with me and my dog Pacha. She’s a three-year old German Shepherd / Border Collie mix that gets along well with all humans, dogs and cats. Me, I’m a 35 year-old male. I’m very social, but also a focused professional. I go to bed early and rise early, even on weekends with some exceptions. The house is always neat and tidy.
