I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I moved into this place due to a previous emergency with my old place, the rent is currently 2078 per month. Looking for someone to take over my lease for december 1st 2024 but i am opened to earlier (lease is over July 31st 2025). The building is pet friendly and are allowed to have couples live here also.

I am located on the 29th floor @ 201 10th Ave se, located at the new Upten building built in 2020.
