I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I moved into this place due to a previous emergency with my old place, the rent is currently 2078 per month. (lease is over July 31st 2025). The building is pet friendly and are allowed to have couples live here also.

I am located on the 29th floor @ 201 10th Ave se, located at the new Upten building built in 2020.
