Looking for someone to take over my room in a cozy, well-located apartment! The room is spacious, bright, and fully furnished.

Rent: $900 per month (All included)

Move-in Date: November 1st

Amenities: Large windows with a great view, king-size bed, TV, gym, pool, study space, Wi-Fi, laundry, All furnished

I’ve been staying in Montreal but due to a family emergency, I have to return home suddenly. I’m looking for someone to take over my apartment from November 1st!

As you can see from the photos, the apartment is on a high floor of a tall building, offering great views. It has large windows (some of which are operable), a TV, and a king-size bed, which I really love. The location is excellent, and most errands can be done on foot!
