Only 5 minutes (2 traffic lights) to Downtown, while only 5 minutes (2 traffic lights) to get out of the city to the mountains! In addition, it is right next to the (only) underground City-train station of Calgary, which is especially nice in the winter. It is also next to the Rider Express Bus stop at Westbrook with busses to Vancouver, Edmonton, Saskatchewan, etc.
While it is right next to an indoor mall (also nice in winter) and grocery stores, it is only a 5-minute walk to Edworthy Park, the Bow River, Douglas Fir Trail, and so on. If you look at high-rises being build, they only have concrete floors, but all walls are just chip-wood panels. This tower however, has concrete walls between each unit, so you do not hear your neighbors (and they do not hear you).
