A large bedroom will be available for rent starting 1 April in a newly constructed house located in the Orleans Avalon region. The bathroom is private. Laundry facilities are available on-site.

The kitchen is shared and situated on the first floor. Please note that the furniture in the bedroom shown in the photos is NOT included. But we can supply a double bed and desk if the tenant requires.

The house is conveniently close to commercial areas and grocery stores. Rent includes all utilities, internet, and furniture.
