Only street parking available.

Basement has total 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are already occupied by 2 other male tenants.

Rent is $700 including utilities and free WiFi. Initial payment is first month rent $700 and $700 damage deposit
($700 $700=$1400). Rent money must be paid by first day of every month.

Lease will be month to month. One full month prior notice must be given from both parties to vacate the room.

Kitchen, bathroom, laundry and refrigerator to be shared with two other tenants.

Must be followed :
** No drinking and No smoking at all inside and by the premises.
** No any kind of pets
** No overnight friends gathering or guests
