We have a walk-in basement apartment with two shared rooms from September 1st.

We prefer a GROUP OF 2 students who are male.

Shared room rent is $515 per person. Hydro, gas and water bills are not included in price.

For the shared rooms, we cannot match you with a roommate, so renters are encouraged to come in pairs.
