This apartment has the best location in the city. walking distance to Dal, Smu, Mcdonald, Starbucks, Tims and Pete's. It's right next to the public garden and you can also see the ocean through the window.

You would have an independent bathroom; the dry part of the bathroom is also separate from the wet part. I would never sublet this place if I stay at Halifax.

If you are ok with someone in the living room, it's 1100 a month, otherwise it's 1400 per month. The person in the living room needs to go into your room to take a shower.

The roommates are a mom from China with her two kids. They are very nice kids and never make a disturbance late at night. They are very friendly people, very clean and easy going.

All furniture will be included on your request. I can also give you some appliances for free.
