Location: college west neighbourhood. Around the corner from a YMCA and no frills. Close to dufferin mall, trinity Bellwoods, and ossington subway station.

About the house: in house coin laundry, in unit dishwasher, eat in kitchen, huge living room with big windows. Private deck. Semi furnished.

Price: 1350$ a month plus 80$ utilities wifi split four ways.

We: are young working professionals between 24-26, working in education and conservation. One friendly 4 year old golden retriever named Sunday!

You: are a girl, a young working professional, clean, and ok with dogs! You’re open to hanging out occasionally and living in a friendly space.
