One large room available for rent for November 28th. Room is in a 3 bedroom apartment which is 12 mins away from the University of Manitoba.

Apartment comes with ensuite laundry and bathroom would be shared with one roommate. We are looking for an individual who is respectful and clean to occupy the third room.
Rent includes water. Wifi and hydro is shared amongst all three roommates.
