Renter must be a clean individual, non-smoker with no pets, no weeds, no drugs and no illegal activities and clean up after yourself in all areas of the house. The kitchen, dining room and bathroom are shared with two other tenants. 5 minutes' drive to U of R and Sask Polytech. 10 minutes' walk to Southland Mall, and 2 minutes’ walk to bus stops. A Male student or a male professional is preferred. Deposit $600 will be needed. There are enough parking spots. You need to bring your personal bedding and cooking wares.
