I read economics at UofT (Year 2, Male). I'll be returning home for the summer. There are three bedrooms in the unit. Another tenant (Woman, UofT Student) will be using the master bedroom up until Jun/Jul 2024. The other bedroom will not be occupied at all until the start of fall, so private bathroom and two combined balconies! Bedroom is furnished with a large table and a mattress (with frame), and has a spacious wardrobe. Unit has a decent kitchen for cooking/meal-prepping. Laundry is en suite. Water/Elec will be around 25-40$.

Dates: May 1 - August 31 2024

Full access to gym, pool, and study rooms. Pets are allowed in the condo, but I'll have to check with the landlord!
