One block to campus, with off street parking. Each suite is private with 2 rooms: a bedroom and a full kitchen. The bathroom is shared and cleaned 1xweek. All utilities are included. Laundry is available. Separate student entrance. One person per suite. Air conditioned. Quiet and clean. No strong fragrances. A $200 security deposit is required at booking. Contact 306-371-9175.

I’ve been renting my suites to SaskPolytech students for 18 years. Many have returned multiple times over the years. Great location for a student needing short term accommodation while attending SaskPolytech. I accommodate mature students that need to travel home on weekends.
