I have 3 furnished, one bedroom suites in my newer basement, that I rent to trade students needing 8 week tenancies. $950-$1000/4 weeks.

One block to main campus, with powered off street parking. Each suite is private, with 2 rooms: a bedroom and a full kitchen. The bathroom is shared, but cleaned 1xweek. All utilities are included. Laundry is available. One person per suite. Quiet and clean. No strong fragrances. A $200 security deposit is required for booking.

I’ve been renting out my suites to students for 18 years. Many students have returned multiple times over the years. Great location for a student needing short term accommodation while attending SaskPolytech. I cater to mature students that need a place to stay during the week, but return to their homes on the weekends.
