I have 3, furnished, one bedroom suites in my newer basement that I rent only to SaskPolytech Apprentice students for 8 week tenancies. $950, $1000/4 weeks.
One block to campus with off street parking. Each suite is private with 2 rooms: a bedroom and a full kitchen.
The bathroom is shared and cleaned 1xweek. All utilities are included. Laundry is available. One person per suite. Quiet and clean. No strong fragrances. A $200 security deposit is due at booking.

I’ve been renting my suites to students for 18 years. Many students have returned multiple times. Great location for a student needing short term accommodation while attending SaskPolytech.
Students that are travelling back to their homes on weekends is my ideal tenant and is preferred.
