Looking for a roommate for this extra bedroom in a basement suite I'm renting.

I'm 24yo full time working male and would prefer to room with someone close to age or working/school full time.

The suite is very close to two bus stops and a 10m walk to woodbine square or a 5 minute walk to local gas station.
The buses take about 20m to get to the station (Heritage/Anderson).

The neighborhood is typically quiet and family oriented, so great if you're looking for a peaceful place to live.

Will go through an interview process and would prefer previous landlord reference, but not entirely needed.

Gas, water, electricity, and internet is included in rent.
Shared laundry space with Landlord who lives upstairs above the suite.
Dedicated parking space in alley way or front of residence.
Access to private entrance and garage door entrance.

Able to move in start of November.
Rent DD (same as rent) required.
