The house has all amenities and full access to the backyard, basement including a fireplace, living room, and kitchen.
I welcome anyone to rent, no matter if it is short or long-term rental whether it is for students or professional workers.
The rental fee is very decent and competitive and ranges from $700 to $750. The price is also negotiable based on rental term.
The rental fee also covers electricity, heat, water, and internet. There is a second basement for minimal storage.
Free parking, snow removal, and basic storage are included as complimentary services.
Please be aware that marijuana, tobacco, alcohol, or drug consumption is absolutely not permitted and will lead to immediate tenancy termination.
