I’m subletting this room from 1st of October to 31st, December 2024 for $1,066, the rental condition is that anyone subletting the apartment would be willing to rent it for another year, (that is, 1st January to 31st December, 2025)

Rent comes with one parking spot, heating, warm and cold water. Hydro is about 25 dollars a month.

The unit has an air conditioner.

This location is close to Walmart, Canadian Superstore, Safeway, River City Ford Sales, Staples, Value Village, Gas Stations etc and it’s accessible by bus.

There is an off street parking with lots of visitors parking.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not pet friendly and since the apartment is just one bedroom, we are looking for couples, friends or individuals not families with kids.
