This suite has its own hydro meter that the tenant is responsible for paying. It also has its own washer and dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher and OTR microwave. It has been freshly painted through out. Sound proofing has been done to minimize noise transfer between the upper and lower suites. There is paved off street parking for one vehicle and your own private entry and patio area at the rear if the house.
Pet(s) will be considered and a pet deposit will be required.
We require proof of income and proof of tenant's insurance.
NO SMOKING, VAPING, DRUGS OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING MARIJUANA) WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
We are looking for a quiet, responsible tenant(s) to enjoy this bright, cozy suite. Rent is $1,500.00 per month plus a damage deposit and pet deposit (if applicable). We require a six month lease, then month to month.
