The other two tenants are also females from India, who are non-smokers and decent. The basement is equipped with stainless steel appliances and spacious storage cabinets for kitchen cutlery. The room is well-furnished and a complimentary dining table is provided. There is a separate entrance to the basement. You will be sharing the washroom and kitchen with the other two tenants. We are looking for a mature and responsible person who is respectful, non-smoker, quiet, and maintains cleanliness at all times. No pets, parties, or drugs allowed.

The house is conveniently located just a minute away from the bus stop, with a 7-minute bus ride to Old Mill Station. There are two buses running from Old Mill Subway Station to this neighbourhood - 66A that goes to Humber Loop and 66B that goes to Park Lawn Lakeshore vicinity. The place is also in close proximity to Humber River Trail, White Bridge Lakeshore, Gardiner Expressway, Ontario Food Terminal, Sobeys, banks, Shopper Drug Mart, and a walk-in clinic.
