It is a very clean, safe, and quiet place suitable for students in SAIT or professionals who work in downtown and do not have much personal belongs. The bedroom converted from a kitchen area at main floor with a sink and kitchen counter for only $600/M including utilities, internet, and free laundry. There is a separate new kitchen area on the same floor. Regular professional cleaning services (once for two weeks) for public area (kitchen, bathroom, sharing living area) are provided. Current tenants are either SAIT students (2) or a new graduate with her jobs (1) to share primarily one bathroom on main floor and another one upstairs in case needed. All current tenants are quiet and decent people busing in study and their part time jobs. That makes the whole floor somewhat empty most of the time through the days. A double bed and a pair of computer chair/desk are provided in the room.
