FIRST AND LAST. Initial 3 month with ability to extend if all goes well.



I would like some to be somewhat of a minimalist..there is no closet in this room as it was converted in a bathroom renovation.



I provide a double sized bed. And 2 dressers and a shelf with hangers as u can see in pics. Plenty of space under the bed for more storage.



Kitchen and upper bathroom is shared.

Laundry facilities available.



Other tenant is male under 25. Would like someone compatible .
