Hi! I’m a male student at UofT looking for a subtenant to take care of this unit over the summer. This is a super new (6 months old) furnished single bedroom. The location is excellent (a few seconds off Baldwin and a ton of restaurants/food court in the 500 meter radius). You are also a few steps off the UofT campus (15 minutes to Robarts on foot), and St. Patrick Station (5 minutes). Most tenants are either students or healthcare professionals, and so it’s a quiet and respectful environment. Concierge and staff are warm and welcoming, and the premises are super safe.
