This is our family home and we have a room for a responsible student.

No drugs, smoking or excessive alcohol please.

We have a dog as well and he will take a few days to get used to someone coming and going, but we've had someone live here before and he settles in quite nicely.

Appliances: Portable air conditioner, microwave, induction hot plate, air flyer/toaster oven and a fridge downstairs.
