You also get your own personal washroom (it's not shared with owner)

-Room rental is on all major bus routes and lots of things close by from Groceries, Tim's, Starbucks
-1 parking spot on drive way is included
- All utilities and WIFI are also included

Requirements :
- Job reference letter from your employer OR proof of employment
-No pets allowed as there is a small pet on the premises, so you must be an animal lover
-non smoking home
-non party home
-home is in safe quiet area

Tenant:
-respectful, quiet and super clean individual that appreciates a clean environment
-Is ok to be quiet after 10pm during work week
-Maintain your own washroom/bedroom and appreciate an extremely clean home and clean up after yourself (esp. in the kitchen)
