The home is shared with two male, quiet, long-term renters who work in the trades. There is a private side entrance, and a shared equipped kitchen with an induction hotplate, cookware, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, etc. The bathroom, living room and laundry area are also shared and in addition, there is a shared outside storage shed. The tenants take pride in the property and do all regular outside and routine maintenance. There is ample street parking and green space nearby.

UTILITIES include heat, water, electricity, cable TV, and high-speed Internet.

The single occupancy room has been recently painted and renovated with new vinyl plank flooring. It has a twin bed (not shown in pictures) storage/linen closet, small refrigerator and new wall-mounted TV (also not shown). A new composite deck was recently built for the outside enjoyment of the property.

Proof of employment, income and references will be required as well as a minimum 6 month lease commitment

An in-person meeting will be required before lease ratification.
