We have multiple office units available on the top floor of 1302 Central Avenue (stair access only), with flexible sizing depending on what you need:

Discounted rate of around $7.50/sq ft is available if someone takes the full space. Individual units are priced higher depending on size (roughly in the $330–$1,000/month range).



Tenant pays power. Heat and water are billed out proportionately based on square footage.



Street parking only (paid parking in the area).



Available immediately.



Owner is open to offering incentives for the right tenant, especially if someone is looking to take a larger portion or all of the space.
