Rental Terms: This is a roommate search where we’ll sign a roommate agreement, and you’ll pay rent to me, the leaseholder. Start date July 1st.

Additional Information: You will be staying in the apartment with me. You will also be staying in the apartment with 2 cats who are very social and playful. I’m looking for someone who is respectful and considerate of the space and someone who is able to communicate effectively regarding any household issues.
