Skyline Motel Campus Inn is now prebooking for 2026-2027 academic year we are a privately owned off campus residence on a bus route approximately an 8-10 min walk to the gates of UNB on University Avenue. we offer a 10 month lease. Lease starts from Sept 3rd 2026 till the end of June 28th 2027. rent is 1000$ per month. To the students we offer laundry facilities (coin operated) maid service once a week, security in the building, all rooms include a mini fridge, microwave, TV and air conditioning and free parking, a large common kitchen area for cooking.
