This is not a party house. The tenants are not a group of friends living together but rather guys who live their own lives and happen to share a house.
It is a NON-SMOKING house, no smokers please.
No drug inside or on the property. This includes occasional users. If you use drugs or pot this is not the house for you.
No pets. No curfew. OC Transpo bus service at the door and around the corner.
