- Either a professional working person, retired or mature student.

This is not a party house. The tenants are not a group of friends living together but rather guys who live their own lives and happen to share a house. Some guys like to watch sports on TV together but others not.

It is a NON-SMOKING house, no smokers please.

No drug or pot users inside or on the property. This includes occasional users. If you use drugs or pot this is not the house for you.

No pets. No curfew. OC Transpo bus service at the door and around the corner.
